In the Anaga Rural Park you will enjoy nature in its purest form. You will wonder at the ancient laurel forest in this north-east corner of Tenerife, where we recommend a hike through the very densest part of the forest, medicine for body and mind, with birdsong as your soundtrack.

On this tour we will be free to explore the park’s mountains and hamlets, where farmers live nestled between beautiful valleys, as we make our way down to Taganana and the impressive coastline, whipped by the rough sea that continues to erode and shape its black sand beaches.

At the edge of Anaga lies San Cristóbal de La Laguna, former capital of the island and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where we will be able to sample its unique architecture and bohemian lifestyle. Finally we will arrive in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with its old town, modern buildings and colonial squares, where we will enjoy a stylish stroll along the city’s Ramblas; streets and walkways lined with beautiful trees that cut through the capital.

• On this tour you will be able to sample the very best cuisine from Anaga, made with local ingredients, with the option of fish by the coast or meat and vegetables in the mountains.

• This tour lasts between 6 and 8 hours and runs all year-round. Hotel pick-up time is 10am.
